Investigating our new book (Rooftoppers) in English. We looked at the first few pages and investigated how language builds up a picture in our mind’s eye. Later on in our work, we will consider how our chosen vocabulary will impact the reader’s visualisation.
We have really enjoyed reading our favourite stories, to our friends and teddies on World Book Day. We made a lovely cosy area on the carpet with the beanbags!
