Problem-Solving Friday!

We all have great fun during our problem-solving Friday sessions in maths.

Today, Year 6 were solving a very complicated problem involving time conversions and dates and need the whole of the whiteboard and an online calendar to work it all out

Year 4 were using cuisinaire rods and strips of coloured paper to work out their spatial problems
Year 5 were looking at arrays, factors and multiples and learnt that getting it wrong can sometimes lead to discovering the right method to get it right!
