Uniform
May I remind parents of our uniform policy which can be found here on our website. The aims of our policy are as follows:
- To set a high standard of presentation for pupils at school
- To make clear to the whole school community the expectation of uniform at The BAWB Federation
- To promote a sense of pride in the federation
- To have a positive impact on behaviour and attitudes in school
- To develop a sense of community and belonging to the federation
We appreciate your support in returning to our high standards of presentation after a post-lockdown relaxation in recognition of the difficulties we faced in sourcing uniform.
Dales Community Pop Choir
On 14th and 15th June our KS2 children will be taking part in singing workshops as part of the Dales Community Pop Choir outreach programme. The children will then be invited to make an individual clip of themselves to share with Debbie Allenby – to be stitched together to form part of a big community compilation. We are really excited and privileged to be involved with this. More details to follow nearer the time.
Healthy Eating
Our healthy eating policy can be found here on our website. Please note that we have recently reviewed this policy to ensure that we take into account any special circumstances. We try to follow Local Authority guidance where possible and appreciate your support in encouraging our children to make good choices to achieve a healthy, balanced diet.
