Conscience Alley saw Roger the Rat needing to decide if he should follow the boy and escape from Mr Tapscrew! It was a difficult decision, there were some very strong arguments for and against running away!
The Great North Air Ambulance will be collecting from all three schools on Monday 10th of October. They collect; clothing, curtains, towels, handbags, belts, shoes in pairs, and bedding, apart from quilts and pillows. They do not collect bric a brac but will happily take books in a separate bag. The Kingfishers have had a fantastic day, dressing up in the colours of their flags, completing a language-based escape room and finding out lots of fascinating facts in a treasure hunt. Thank you to everyone for supporting with costumes and practicing phrases.
In RE, the Kingfishers have been learning about God’s creation and the instructions that God has given. The Kingfishers found that some tasks – such as traversing the classroom blindfolded – were easier if they followed instructions.
