The butterflies are starting to emerge from their chrysalises!! We have searched for the flowers which we think will contain nectar for them. Just to be on the safe side, we’ve added some fruit and sugar water too. They certainly won’t go hungry!

In geography, we have been using atlas’ to identify countries around the world that are islands! Next time you see a Swallows, ask them if they can tell you what an island is!

In Art, we made our own small-scale models of buildings in West Burton.
We have butterflies! We have been observing the chrysalises for a number of weeks and we finally have butterflies. We were hoping to release them to their new habitat today but it has been too windy so we will hopefully get to release them on Monday.
