Welcome to our new teacher…

On Thursday we interviewed three candidates for our new teaching role. The candidates were put through their paces: they taught a maths lesson, were interviewed by the school council, and finally interviewed by a formal panel of senior staff and governors.

We are delighted to announce that Miss Hollie Telford will be joining the team from September. Please see our post (click here) for details about which staff members will be in each class.

Miss Telford is an Early Career Teacher (ECT) who really engaged the children both in the council interview and also the maths lesson that she delivered to a group of Y2 pupils. We look forward to welcoming her and will plan some days for her to spend in school before the end of the summer term too.
