Spring Concert at The Wensleydale School

Tuesday night saw the culmination of our music transition project with The Wensleydale School. The Year 5 & 6 children across BAWB took part in the project, which involved the children learning a song which they would perform in the Wensleydale School spring concert. Mr Hadfield, music leader at TWS, kindly visited our schools three times to rehearse with the children and prepare them for the concert, with Mr Greenway and Miss Collins organising lots of rehearsals in between visits. Despite lots of last minute nerves (there was a large audience at the concert), the children all performed amazingly well and made all the teachers involved very proud. Well done and thank you also to the many parents who supported us and came to cheer their children on!
