Our Year 3 and Year 4 won the inter-schools athletics on Thursday morning.Not only did they win in points, but they showed amazing sportsmanship, well done everyone.

Golden Eagles and Skylarks have had a fantastic field trip today, to Lower Winskill Farm and Dry Rigg QuarryPupils have been looking at fossils, exploring the limestone pavement and learning about the quarry. Mr Scrafton said the weather certainly didn’t dampen any spirits, great experience for everyone.
We had a wonderful DT day on Friday. We learnt how to chop vegetables safely using two techniques: claw and bridge (demonstrated by our pupils in the photos). We also learnt to grate cheese safely and the importance of food hygiene. However, the best bit was creating our ‘jubilee wraps’ Read more…
