Year 3 & 4 Boys Football competition

Last Thursday the year 3 and 4 boys went down to Leyburn to take part in a football tournament. The tournament consisted of 7 teams from our local cluster and showed cased lots of good skills and sportsmanship from everyone involved. They boys attitude and behaviour was phenomenal on the day and was even commented on by the organiser. After playing six games each our two teams finished in second and fifth respectively. Both Mr Greenway and Mrs Gamble were extremely proud of all the boys who took part and we are already looking forward to next years competition again. The BAWB team who managed to come second qualified for the level two event in Novemember which will see them take on schools from the Richmond, Catterick and Bedale areas.
