In art, we have been learning to ‘draw strong and draw big’! Firstly, we used really large pieces of paper and practised filling the page. It was really great fun. Once we had done that, we used photocopies of maps of West Burton and used the features within them to create pictures of anything at all – a bit like spotting creatures in the clouds! This taught us to draw strong images that popped out from the background of the map.
