PTFA Christmas Fair

We need biscuits, mince pies, chocolate and…you! 

Save the date – Saturday 26 November – West Burton Village Hall 10am-3pm.

Get into the festive spirit, stock up on Christmas gifts and stocking fillers from local crafts people and artisans and support the PTFA’s fundraising at the same time!

Want a stall? Get in touch with Petrina by emailing [email protected]. 

Want to come? Brilliant! It’s £3 for adults (free for children) and that includes a drink and a mince pie or biscuit. Bring your friends and family too. 

Want to help on the day? We need a range of helpers to sell entry and raffle tickets, to serve drinks, mince pies and bacon sandwiches, and to run the chocolate tombola and uniform stall. Please get in touch with Katie Seal or look out for our volunteers post on our Facebook page. Just one hour of your time will make a big difference!

Want to help in advance? Then please consider donating chocolate bars for a chocolate tombola, and shop-bought or homemade mince pies and biscuits. These can all be brought into school between now and 25 November.

And… the next PTFA meeting is at The Falls Coffee Shop on Thursday 17 November at 7:30pm. Everyone is very welcome and we look forward to seeing you there.
