Lovely walk

Published by Gemma Gurden on

On our walk this week we saw a beautiful rainbow. We also checked on our dead sheep. It still hasn’t completely decomposed yet. This is really good because we could see lots of bones. After learning about our skeletons last week we were able to recognise ribs and backbone.

We also looked for evergreen trees to compare with the deciduous trees that are changing colour because it is autumn.

We have been using words like compare and match in many of this week’s activities, especially maths. We love using the words explain, observe and investigate
